SORA Full Moon Sticky Note
These colorful sticky notes, shaped like full moons, are named after the Native American tradition of assigning names to each month's full moon based on the season. The Wolf Moon, Pink Moon, Buck Moon, and Harvest Moon versions each represent a different time of year and feature a unique colorway.
January's full moon "Wolf Moon"
Wolves start breeding in January, and they howl to find their mates, so the full moon around this time is called the "Wolf Moon".
April's full moon "Pink Moon"
"Pink" refers to wild moss phlox and oleander. In North America, mountains and hills turn pink in spring.
July's full moon "Buck Moon"
"Buck" refers to male deer. Around July, male deer start to grow antlers, so this name was given to it.
September's full moon "Harvest Moon"
The full moon close to the autumn equinox is called the "Harvest Moon". In North America, crops are harvested (=Harvest) at this time.
