Aiko Fukawa Ippitsusen Memo Pad // My Friends
Aiko Fukawa is an illustrator who creates art used for advertisements, book covers, stationery, magazines, children's picture books and more. She has published an art book called Holiday Art Works and a coloring book entitled Four Seasons. We love her playful illustrations and can see why they would be the perfect choice for children's picture books. Her Instagram bio reads "ILLUSTRATOR. I LOVE CAT" and her love of cats is clearly evident in many of her fun works. These note pads, made with Mino washi paper and designed in collaboration with Aiko Fukawa, feature her fun and playful illustrations, which often include personified animals engaging in human activities.
"Ippitsusen" means "One stroke writing paper" in Japanese that you use to write a short message within a couple of sentences.
An elegant and gorgeously illustrated memo pad great for a short letter, thank you note, to-do list or simply for memo pad.
Mino Japanese paper is used as the paper pad material, and you can enjoy the quaint texture while writing.
