E-Commerce Admin
We’re looking for E-Commerce Admin to join us!
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our online retail business. Your primary responsibility will be to pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you might help with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, organizing the warehouse space, assisting with shipping and returns, inventory counts, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate with other team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Role:
- The role is an active role with picking and packing while conducting thorough quality checks to prevent the packing of incorrect items and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- To use E-Commerce system and related software to check orders for fulfilment, following relevant procedures.
- Pick orders using order pack notes and pack orders securely in parcels, seal and apply correct address labels.
- To endeavour to find a solution to all problems encountered by customers and actively seek their feedback in order to communicate such issues with the retail team.
- Assist with the receipt of deliveries and the movement of stock.
- To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required in order to maintain an effective e-commerce and retail operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering accurate work.
- A motivated team player, with a positive and flexible approach to work
- Ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of delivering accurate work.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Good problem solving skills, with the ability to find solutions to customer related queries.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and embrace new technologies or processes.
- Previous e-commerce, retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
