An environmentally friendly ballpoint pen made from recycled marine plastic waste and empty disposable contact lens cases. The barrel material of the product itself is made of marine plastic garbage collected in Japan and empty disposable contact lens cases collected at the contact lens specialty store "Eye City" stores and organizations such as schools, companies, and local governments. We have achieved the adoption of almost 100% recycled resin from post-consumer materials.

On the surface of the barrel, some marine plastic debris appears as dots or patterns, giving it a texture as it is a naturally derived material.

The Uni-ball Recycled Ocean Plastic Gel Pen has a smooth matte finish and accented clip, plus the famously dark and smooth 0.7mm Jetstream ink refill.  Featuring a special low-viscosity ballpoint ink, the Jetstream combines the smoothness, waterproofness, and fast drying times of a ballpoint pen with the vibrant color and crisp, consistent lines.
