In conjunction with World Watercolor Month that takes place every July, we will be releasing a series of tutorials featuring different subjects every week. This week we will be showing you how to paint this popular classic childhood Japanese Snack MILKY using: Winsor & Newton's Lemon Yellow, Winsor Red, Permanent Alizarin Crimson Ultramarine Blue, Neutral Tint and Phtalo Blue Green Shade, from their Professional Series.
We are also using Holbein's Jaune Brilliant 1 and White Gouache.
You will also need a size 5/0 for lining (anything smaller is also fine) and size 2 or 4 round brush. Print this artwork out on any 200 or 300gsm Cellulose or Cotton Watercolor Paper, we are using the Arto brand here
