The Midori Double Diary Schedule allows you to have two different layouts in one single planner. Each month there will be a monthly calendar and Gantt chart project page that allows you to keep track of your projects for the same month. The progress of a task can be tracked and managed through month.
This type of planner is perfect for managers who oversee a variety of team members, sales people with multiple clients, or creative people who have deadlines.
This planner features a patented "Magic Index" that allows you to easily search between the two calendars with the red and grey indexes on each page.
Every month has two schedules, color-coded in red and grey. If you turn over the red "January monthly spread", the gray "January Gantt chart spread" will appear on the next page. To put it simple, red is "monthly layout", gray is "Gantt chart layout", and so on. This diary allows you to efficiently manage a monthly schedule and projects schedule in one planner.
Pressing the red index in the lower row opens the "red" page, and pressing the gray index in the upper row opens the "gray" page. Also, if you press the white index between red and gray, the "red" page and the "gray" page will open alternately.
The "monthly spread" page that focuses on visibility and usability. The list-type calendar on the far left is useful for writing schedules that you want to put in a separate frame and for rough schedule management.
Monthly blocks with ruled lines are easy to write, and the letters are aligned, making it easier to read. It is a functional format that focuses on ease of use down to the smallest detail, such as a memo space and a calendar for the next month.
"Project page" that allows you to grasp the progress of each project at a glance. Gantt chart project page where the horizontal axis is the date and the vertical axis is the schedule column for each item. The advantage of this format is that the schedule for each project is easy to understand at a glance. You can manage up to 10 items.
On the Gantt chart page, you can of course manage each project by "project name", "task", "company name", etc..
Alternatively, the diary can also be used to track the progress of team members or children's progress/schedule for training, school curriculars and education. While is is widely for business, it can also be used to track habits, feelings or personal progress for ourselves and loved ones.
