[Collectors Edition] Kaweco AL SPORT Fountain Pen in Ruby

The new Kaweco Collection is getting energized and vitalized by the new brilliantly fiery colour variant Ruby. The red ruby is still being considered one of the rarest and most precious gemstones in the world, thus being enthralling to many. Similar to the lavishly sanded facets of the ruby, our fountain pen, with its shining polished finish, holds one’s fascination with its dazzling display contained in an octagonal shape. The soft, rounded edges created through the refinement of the writing instrument‘s surface are crucial for its feeling of fitting perfectly into one’s hand. The pen’s elegant character is completed by the shadow engraving, along with a combination of an aluminium body and gold-plated components.

As early as 1905 Kaweco had already manufactured the first writing instruments made out of metal. Products which were made out of silver or gold plated brass in the past, are made from aluminium today.

The Fountain Pen in the typical octagonal Sport shape grants a special haptic experience: The metallic body is made of high-quality aluminium and refined with a silky matt surface. The golden Kaweco Collection Logo on the pen is the result of a special process and has a particularly noble effect. As a perfect finishing touch, the fountain pen is equipped with a gold-plated logo cap and a gold-plated nib. As it only measures 10.5 cm when closed, it is perfectly suitable for on the go.

Kaweco Collection Ruby comes with the "Kaweco Collection" laser engraving on cap and a golden nostalgic tin box with colour matching paper sleeve.

The Kaweco Collection Ruby is not part of the Kaweco standard range and therefore only available while stocks last.
